Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Once you place an order on our website we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We currently ship to all states in India. We use trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post) to deliver your order.
If you are ordering from a remote or hard-to-reach area, shipping may take longer — we’ll notify you if there is a delay.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-10 business days from dispatch for most metro & major city addresses.
• For deliveries to remote/less-accessible locations, delivery may take 7-12 business days.
• Shipping charges: Depend on Orders
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
• After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) along with a tracking number (where available).
• You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor delivery status.
• Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries due to wrong or incomplete address entries.
5. Delivery Timeframe
• The delivery timeframe begins once your order status shows “Dispatched” and not from the time of placing the order.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier network disruptions, public holidays, force-majeure). In such events, we will notify you accordingly, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
6. Change of Address / Redirects
• If you wish to change the delivery address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to redirect the package, but we cannot guarantee success or cover any additional charges incurred.
• If the courier returns the package to us due to refusal/incorrect address/unavailability, you may need to pay a re-dispatch fee before we resend.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
• Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged, please refuse the delivery or sign “Damaged – Not accepted”, and notify us immediately at [insert email/contact].
• If an order is lost in transit (as per courier confirmation) we will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement/refund in accordance with our refund policy.
8. International Orders
• At present, we only ship within India. If you are ordering from outside India, please contact us at Aastro2728@gmail.com for special arrangements (if available).
• You will be responsible for any customs or import duties applicable in your country.
9. Shipping Exceptions
• For certain large-size, fragile or custom/ritual items, shipping may take longer than standard timeframe. We will call or email you with estimated delivery.
• In case an item is out of stock after you place the order, we will notify you and offer alternate options or full refund.
